ABOUT ME

I am a wife, mother, and a recovering paralegal who never in a bazillion years dreamed of becoming a writer.  Why?  Because only writers become writers.  Don’t you need to be initiated and learn a secret handshake?  I had no such credentials.  But when a very well-respected author of New York Times best-selling books casually asked me "Have you ever thought about writing?" I took the hint.  It’s pretty hard to ignore such a nudge.

My other hobbies include tea and coffee drinking, knitting, armchair traveling while dreaming of doing the real thing, watercolor painting, and spending time with my husband and kids.  The rest of my time is spent trying to survive the murderous intentions of Minnesota's weather.
